Frequently Asked Questions
What are habits of successful people?
TrackHabit utilizes publicly available information from interviews and other sources about
successful people to create a list of habits that they may have developed over time to create
a curated activity list of habits.
How TrackHabit can help me in achieving my goals?
TrackHabit acts as your personal advisor, using AI to suggest activities that help you achieve
your specific goals, backed by timely reminders and notifications to keep you on track. Beyond
that, a completion-likelihood ring on each activity shows how consistent you've recently been
with it, and your HabitScore gives you a single number for how consistently you're following
through overall — so you always know where you stand, not just what you're supposed to do.
Can this app help me build routines?
Yes. Building a routine isn't about hitting a magic number of days — research shows habit
formation actually takes anywhere from about three weeks to several months, depending on the
habit and the person. Instead of chasing a deadline, TrackHabit focuses on consistency:
reminders keep you on track day to day, streak milestones celebrate you at day 3, 7, 14, and
30, and your HabitScore tracks your overall consistency over time — so the routine builds
itself through repetition, not a countdown.
What is HabitScore?
HabitScore is a single score from 0 to 100 that reflects how consistently you're completing
your goals overall. It updates automatically as you complete or skip activities and groups you
into one of five bands, from Dormant to Flourishing. You can see how it's trending over time,
and how each of your individual goals is contributing to it, in the Reports tab.
What are the key features of TrackHabit for goal achievement?
TrackHabit turns a goal you describe in plain language into a full daily activity plan
generated by AI. Key features include reminders and notifications for every scheduled
activity, activity tracking and streaks, a completion-likelihood ring that shows how likely
you are to finish each activity based on your recent consistency, custom plan lengths from 1
to 52 weeks, and HabitScore — a single 0-100 score, with milestones and trend reports, for
your overall consistency. We're continuously adding more as we learn from real usage.
How can TrackHabit assist in habit formation?
TrackHabit sends out timely reminders and tracks the status of your routine to assist with
habit formation. Streak milestones at day 3, 7, 14, and 30 keep momentum visible along the
way, and your HabitScore shows your overall consistency trend so you can see the habit
forming, not just guess at it.
Are there specific tools in TrackHabit for tracking progress?
Yes. Every activity is tracked against its schedule, and a completion-likelihood ring shows
how consistent you've been with it recently. For a bigger-picture view, HabitScore gives you a
single 0-100 score for your overall consistency, with trend charts (3 months, 6 months, a
year, or all time) and a breakdown of how each individual goal is contributing — all in the
Reports tab.
How easy is it to set goals using TrackHabit?
TrackHabit utilizes AI in the background to translate your statements into goals. Setting up
goals and activity is super easy, just enter your statement as you would talk to a chat bot
and leave the rest of it to us to extract goals from your statement and create an activity
plan. You can also set any plan length you want, from 1 week up to a full year — the default
is 8 weeks if you don't change anything.
Can TrackHabit adjust routines based on progress?
We are testing this feature with a beta user group before releasing it to the app. As of now
TrackHabit only manages schedules that are entered but we are hopeful to release the feature
to the public soon.
What support does TrackHabit offer for habit consistency?
Timely reminders, activity tracking, and a history of past activity are the core support to
help you build habit consistency. On top of that, streak milestones celebrate consistency as
it happens, and HabitScore gives you a single, ongoing measure of how consistent you've been —
so support isn't just reactive tracking, it's a running picture of your progress.
